Wow, is all I have to say! We were traveling thru struggling to find a place to stay. Sally was extremely helpful and got us a wonderful room for the night. It was quiet, homey, clean, affordable and comfortable. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
Maybe the best place I’ve found to stay in a long time. So beautiful and cozy. When you travel allot for work it’s nice not to toss a turn in an old and moldy hotel all night for once. Can’t beat the price!! Will definitely be returning next time I’m in town!!
First time staying at a historic mansion turned hotel. Let me just say, the visit exceeded my expectations. Great hospitality and the rooms were comfortable and “homey”! Sally the owner was very accommodating with us and a very nice lady. Thank you! Will definitely be coming here again.
I absolutely adore this place!!! Sally was so wonderful with communication. Anything I needed was a text away. The TV had Netflix and YouTube which we appreciated so much and we watched some movies on Tubi as well. Thanks so much Sally, our stay was perfect.
Cozy and classic. Sally is nice and introduced facility. Comfortable decoration. Ice machine is at kitchen. Simple breakfast is served. Coffee juice and pastry.

This is right off the main street in San Diego, TX (can't miss). We had a work meeting there and got a tour of the bed and breakfast. This has that 'old timey' feel and the decor matches. It's super cute and quaint. If you want somewhere with a honey feel, stay here...its not far from alice, tx or corpus christi.
We love this place. Very well priced, its comfortable and welcoming. Sally is always available and accommodating. Highly recommend.
